To create and operate your AutoPanda account we collect your name, email (verified via a one-time code sent to your email), phone number, and, for service providers, CNIC and business details. We collect your vehicle information (make, model, plate) if you add a car. With your permission, we collect your device location to match you with nearby service providers and calculate distance — location is only used while you use the app; we do not track your location in the background or in real time.
Booking photos, payment screenshots, and voice notes you send in chat are uploaded to our secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and are visible only to you and the other party in that booking or conversation. We do not scan or use this content for advertising.
AutoPanda uses a manual payment verification model. Payment screenshots you upload are reviewed by our team to confirm a transaction; we do not store your bank, card, or mobile-wallet credentials.
We use your information to operate bookings, process payments, enable chat between users and service providers, send push and SMS notifications about your bookings, and improve the safety and quality of the marketplace.
Your name, initials-based avatar, and relevant booking details are shared with the service provider (or car owner) you are matched or booked with. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the app (SMS delivery, cloud storage, push notifications) under confidentiality obligations.
You can request deletion of your account at any time from Account Settings. Deleting your account deactivates your profile and stops further processing of your personal data, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (e.g. transaction history for financial compliance).
You can manage notification preferences, update your profile, and delete your account from within the app. You can withdraw location, camera, or microphone permission at any time from your device settings — some features (nearby search, photo uploads, voice notes) will not work without them.
