AutoPanda connects car owners with independent, verified auto-service providers (mechanics, detailers, car wash, and similar). AutoPanda is a marketplace platform only — service providers are independent businesses, not AutoPanda employees, agents, or partners, and are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the work they perform. AutoPanda does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any service and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims liability for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any service provider or car owner.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use AutoPanda. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make bookings on your behalf. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and verify your email via a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Service provider accounts are subject to a manual review, and AutoPanda may approve, reject, request further information, or take any other action it deems appropriate regarding an account application, at its sole discretion.
Bookings may be made against a fixed-price service package or a custom quote via Post Wall. AutoPanda uses an advance-payment model — you pay upfront, and a service provider may raise additional invoices for extra work identified during the job. Payments are verified manually from an uploaded screenshot, and verification timelines may vary; please keep proof of payment until your booking is marked complete. AutoPanda facilitates payment verification as a convenience to users and is not a party to, and does not guarantee, the underlying service agreement between a car owner and a service provider.
Bookings may be cancelled from the booking detail screen subject to the cancellation status shown at the time. Where a cancellation entitles you to a refund of a verified payment, AutoPanda will process valid refunds to your original payment account within approximately 2–3 weeks, subject to verification and in accordance with the cancellation policy in effect at the time; this policy may be updated from time to time.
Chat, photos, and voice notes exchanged through the app must relate to the service being booked. Harassment, fraud, abuse, and attempts to circumvent the platform to avoid fees are prohibited. Where AutoPanda believes, in its sole discretion, that a user has violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to AutoPanda, other users, or service providers, AutoPanda may take any action it deems necessary or appropriate, which may include (without limitation) issuing a warning, restricting access to features, withholding or reversing funds pending investigation, suspending or terminating the account, and/or reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
Reviews must reflect a genuine booking experience. AutoPanda may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove, hide, or otherwise moderate reviews it believes violate these terms or are otherwise inappropriate.
Service providers are charged a commission on completed transactions as disclosed in their account dashboard. AutoPanda may change commission rates or fee structures at its sole discretion at any time, with or without prior notice; where notice is given, it may be provided through the app or account dashboard. Continued use of the platform after such a change constitutes acceptance of the revised rates. Earnings from a completed order are credited to the service provider’s in-app wallet balance immediately; this balance is a record of funds owed and is not itself a bank transfer. When a service provider requests a withdrawal, AutoPanda will transfer the approved amount to the service provider’s designated bank or mobile-wallet account within 36 hours of approval.
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Where AutoPanda believes an account has violated these terms or poses a risk to the platform, its users, or service providers, AutoPanda reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any action it deems necessary, including limiting account features, withholding funds pending investigation, or suspending or terminating the account, with or without prior notice.
AutoPanda is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, or that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AutoPanda does not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service performed by a service provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPanda and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, any booking, or any service performed by a service provider. AutoPanda’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AutoPanda (excluding amounts passed through to a service provider) in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoPanda and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, your interaction with another user or service provider, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time, at our discretion. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
